- Basic: At $147 per month, this plan is just too expensive for small-medium businesses and agencies. While you’ll get more credits and features than the Free plan, you’ll still be paying a premium for what you get. The live training webinar is a nice touch, but it’s not worth the extra cost.
- Pro: This plan is even more expensive than the Basic plan and includes a ton of features that you probably don’t need. Unless you’re a large organization with a lot of data to process, the daily credit refresh, advanced org management, and dedicated success manager are overkill. Plus, the priority support queue and onboarding specialist are nice, but again, not worth the cost.
- Enterprise: This plan is designed for large organizations with dedicated support needs, and the custom credits per user and quarterly business reviews reflect that. However, for small-medium businesses and agencies, this plan is just too expensive. You’ll be paying for features you don’t need, and the phone support and dedicated success manager are just icing on the already expensive cake.
